Being an Excel-based invoice manager, you can use all the tools provided by Microsoft Excel to easily design your own invoice format by dragging and dropping, and use third party programs that support Excel, such as a PDF creator.

Excel Invoice Manager Express is the most basic and simple invoice application. It meets your basic electronic invoicing and management requirements, such as allowing you to save invoices to database, and clear the invoice form by clicking a button. Compared to pure Excel-based invoicing templates, Excel Invoice Manager Express offers more features than a simple invoice creator. And, the invoice template is not locked for macros - you have full control of how to customize the invoice template.
Excel Invoice Manager Platinum enhances invoice design by providing the support of custom fields. With Excel Invoice Manager Express you can design your invoice form by using Excel tools, such as adding your own LOGO image, changing colors, fonts. Excel Invoice Manager Platinum goes one step further by allowing you to add new cells/fields. If you browse the member area on our site, you'll find many templates for invoices require custom fields. An invoice template for automotive business is also included in the setup program.
Excel Invoice Manager Pro supports not only custom fields, but also networking, which allows multiple computers on a LAN share database, forming a powerful and easy to manage invoicing system. Invoice management and processing can be done on different computers and by different employees.

The default invoice template is also released as freeware after removing all the buttons and controls.
Pop-up Excel Calendar
Pop-up Excel Calendar is a date picker and date selector for Microsoft Excel.
The date picker or selector runs right within Excel, and it pops up a calendar when you need to enter a date value, allowing to pick or select a date from the calendar, instead of manually typing in.
The pop-up calendar can be activated automatically or manually, allowing you to easily work with date values in Excel workbooks or templates - For example, to enter a date, you click a date cell, and pick a date from the calendar.
The date picker is implemented as an addin program for Microsoft Excel. Once you install the program on a computer, it will work for all the templates/workbooks you open on the computer.
The program does not use macros, so you don't have to worry about macro-related security problems.
Excel Invoice Template
This free invoice template has the same layout as the default invoice template provided by Excel Invoice Manager. In fact, you can create this free Excel invoice template by removing all the controls from the invoice form of the default template, and, you can do this to all the invoice templates available on this site.
The invoice template is created for general-purpose invoicing.
If your business has special requirements, there are also other invoice templates available on this site - some of them are inside the member area, which requires a member account to log into and others other free - you can simply download the invoice template and use it without a member account.
Note that, the buttons on the invoice templates will not work unless Excel Invoice Manager is installed.
It is easy to customize the Excel-based invoice template. You can use all the tools provided by Microsoft Excel, as well as those third party tools that work with Excel, such as a PDF creator (PDF printer).
There is also a free invoice template for service business. A service invoice template does not use the "Ship To" section and releated fields. The service invoice format is designed specially for businesses that don't sell and ship products, like consultants, advisers, solicitors and many other mall businesses.
