Excel Invoice TemplateVersion 1.1
If you are running a small business and all you need is a quick way or utility to fill up invoices, this one may be the right billing tool for you. Overview of the Invoice TemplateThe template shows quantity, description, price, taxable status, and amount per line. Sub-total, tax and total amount are computed from the line items automatically. It offers a true What You See Is What You Get invoice form. If you know how to use Microsoft Excel, you know how to use Excel Invoice Template. Click the following image to see a sample form. As an Excel workbook, all Microsoft Excel features are available to you, from simple formatting, such as replacing default fonts and colors, to more advanced moving and merging cells. For example, if you want to change the number format, text alignment, style, font, border and pattern of a certain cell, just right click the cell and choose Format Cells from the menu. Click the figure below to see how many options Microsoft Excel provides! Note: In this workbook all cells are identified by names, so you can move a cell inside the worksheet without breaking formulas. To move a cell, just click the cell in question to select it, and then hover your mouse on the border of the cell, drag and drop it to its new location. Note: The template is designed in a printable way. To print, simply click Excel menu File->Print. To adjust various print options, such as paper size, paper margins and print quality, just click Excel menu File -> Page Setup. What's New in the Latest Version (1.1)In previous versions, some cell names are hidden to simplify the lengthy name list. However, this causes inconvenience when customizing the formulas. In this new release, all cell names are visible. Things to Do Before UsingFor new users of the template, before creating invoices, here are some important options you should check. Note: By default, the main worksheet is protected to avoid overwriting formulas accidentally. To unprotect it, click Excel menu Tools -> Protection -> Unprotect Sheet.

If you don't want to include the logo image in your invoices, just delete the image. Customizing the Tax SystemBy default, this template has two taxes.
