Tax Invoice Template for Print Shop

This print shop tax invoice template contains 2 columns, DESCRIPTION and AMOUNT, and both of the columns are manually editable. The Product ID, Quantity and Price columns are moved out of the print area, as they are not used by this print shop invoice template. The "Ship To" section is now located inside the invoice body, giving the entire invoice a different look and feel.

The default invoice template shipped with Excel Invoice Manager contains 12 lines on the invoice body, but we use only 10 lines and hide the last 2 lines. We then insert several empty lines on the bottom of the invoice body part to place the fields of Ship To section. Pay attention on the print result of the invoice form by clicking the Print Preview command in your Excel. See Printable Invoice - Invoice Printing in a Flexible Way for more information.

Here is a brief explanation of how to move a cell or a group of cells in the invoice template.

1. Unprotect the Invoice worksheet. (See Customizing the Invoice Template - Protection)
2. Click to select the cell you want to move, or drag your mouse to select all the cells you want to move, or if the cells you want to move are not adjacent, you can push the CTRL key on your keyboard and then click the cells to move one by one.
3. Now push your mouse key on the border of the selected area, drag the selected area to its new location.
4. Once finished, protect the Invoice worksheet.
5. Save the template.

• You have to install Excel Invoice Manager, the billing software and invoicing software based on Excel invoice templates, in order to run the templates in the member area.
• To download the Excel template, first login using your e-mail and password.
• After downloading, double click to open the template. The new invoice template will find Excel Invoice Manager and work with it.
