Description

The work order template added several new fields to the original invoice template to describe related information about the work or job to be done.
Detail

The following chart details the custom fields added to the work order template, in addition to the standard fields used by the default invoice template.

Since the work order template does not use "Ship To" fields, it uses those fields to store additional work order information, for example the original "Ship Date" field now has a new label, "Date completed". Please download the sample template to see the details for yourself.
Requirements This template uses custom fields. It requires Platinum/Pro/Enterprise editions of Excel Invoice Manager.
Notes
  • You have to install Excel Invoice Manager, the billing software and invoicing software based on Excel invoice templates, in order to run the templates in the member area.
  • To download the Excel template, first login using your e-mail and password.
  • After downloading, double click to open the template. The new invoice template will find Excel Invoice Manager and work with it.
