Detail

This freight invoice template is created from the default invoice template shipped with Excel Invoice Manager Setup program, although they look very different. The freight invoice template uses a number of "shipping to" fields for its new purpose, as detailed in the following table.

The freight invoice template also uses several custom fields, and all the custom fields are added to the Invoice Header database table, as detailed in the following chart. Custom fields are added by using Database Designer provided by Excel Invoice Manager. For more information on custom fields please see Custom Fields - Overview and Custom Fields - Tutorial.

Requirements This template uses custom fields. It requires Platinum/Pro/Enterprise editions of Excel Invoice Manager
Notes
  • You have to install Excel Invoice Manager, the billing software and invoicing software based on Excel invoice templates, in order to run the templates in the member area.
  • To download the Excel template, first login using your e-mail and password.
  • After downloading, double click to open the template. The new invoice template will find Excel Invoice Manager and work with it.
