This invoice template is created for an imaginary jeweler shop who sales gold products. It is offered as a free invoice template, as detailed at Invoice Template Receipt Template with Discount Validation for Jeweler Shop / Gold Shop.

This invoice template is designed for print shop or mail room. The invoice template does not include the Shipping Address section and several others fields found in the default/standard template.

This service vat invoice template does not use Ship To fields, but added several new fields on invoice header, such as VAT Registration No., Application Type, VAT Total. It also added two new columns, VAT Rate and VAT Amount. For each product or service item, you can set a VAT percentage rate, which is loaded when you pick up a product or service item by clicking one of the icon buttons. For a product where there is no VAT payable there simply will be no figure in the VAT section, therefore, where VAT is zero the price and the total will read the same. The currency symbol of this VAT invoice template is set for UK (United Kingdom) format.

This invoice template is for the companies or organizations who offer parenting services. As compared to the default/standard invoice template, the "Ship To" section is removed, and a new field, Date Of Birth, is added to the Bill To section, with witch you can record the birth date of a child. There are also a number of custom fields for the other customer-related information, such as Mother's Name, Mother's Profession, Mother's Mobile, etc., are added outside the Print_Area. On the invoice body section, Quantity and Price are moved out of the Print_Area, and two new columns, date and Fee, are added.

This template does not display shipping information on the main invoice form. All shipping-related fields are moved outside the Print_Area. You can easily move fields in Excel Invoice Manager, as detailed at Customizing Invoice Template.

On the invoice body the Product # column is also moved out of the Print_Area. A new column, Date, which can be filled with the dates the work completed, has been added.

This template provides a sample of creating a service proposal template/service quote template from the default invoice template shipped with the Setup program of Excel Invoice Manager. As a service proposal template/service quote template, it does not contain "Ship To" fields. The most specific feature of this template is that it offers a checkbox column, which you can check/uncheck on various service items so that your customers can see what the totals would be for those particular items only.
